Play a part in Saving Lives at Sea
As a CCGA crew volunteer, you will augment your boating experience through Crew Level CCGA training; including lifeboat operations, first aid, search and rescue operations and operating the lifeboat equipment (fire/de-watering, towing, navigation, rescue). Commensurate with your advancement as a CCGA crew, further training is available in First Aid / Paramedic First Responder, Conducting Pleasure Craft Courtesy Checks, fast response lifeboat operations, advanced Search & Rescue, marine navigation & electronics.
As a Society volunteer, you will give you the chance to contribute you financial management, fund raising, accounting, vessel maintenance and management skills in the operation of a registered charity and society.
