Vancouver's North Shore Volunteer Marine Search & Rescue

Over 70 Marine Search & Rescue, plus
30 Special Event Missions per year
120 Lives Saved or Assisted per year

In the Indian Arm, Vancouver Habour, English Bay & Howe Sound made possible jointly by:

The North Shore's Canadian Coast Guard Auxiliary - Pacific Unit 1 (Fisherman's Cove) and Unit 2 (Deep Cove) &
the North Shore Lifeboat Society, who owns and operates the North Shore's lifeboat and provides the SAR Resourses.

The Society raises the $100,000 per year to maintain and provide the Lifeboats.
All 100% volunteer contributing 10,000 volunteer and 50,000 on-call hours per year
